Salt Lake City, Utah, 11/7/2008 - More good news from Utah! The Utah Capitol has received an AIA Utah Honor Award for the work done as part of this on-time, on-budget project, which involved everything from a seismic base isolation requiring the entire building to be raised off its foundation to the complete replacement of all engineering systems and the restoration of key historic spaces.
We are proud to have been part of the Capitol Restoration Group — an Association of VCBO Architects and MJSA Architects of Salt Lake City and SCA — who restored this exceptional building.
